Shopping for Orangutans

On Saturday , my friend and I went out to a shopping mall to look for some orangutans related things like soft toys , postcards , stationary , etc. We have been walking in the shopping mall for a few hours , still we can't find one single thing about the orangutans. We were so disappointed as we planned to show the preschool children a toy of orangutan so that they can have a better view of orangutan. We also thought of preparing a gift pack for the children which contains an orangutan pencil , eraser and a bookmark we made with some biscuits. Since we couldn't find the orangutan pencils and erasers , we end up buying normal pencils and erasers.

We feel so sad that we couldn't find any orangutans things to show the children. I really never thought that in such a big shopping mall , there is no single shop which sells orangutans things. Not even a postcard. All the shops have monkeys and gorillas but no orangutans. I think that developers should produce some toys and stuff with orangutan so that we can learn to love orangutans and know more about this creature.

After a whole day shopping , we decided to went home and prepare our materials and gift packs. We made another hundred of our Life & Hope ribbons to give away. Besides that , we also made a blog address card to distribute to get some comments and ideas posted. Finally , the day ends as we finish our ribbons , the gift packs and the blog address cards.
